Hi! I’m Amanda, (pet photographer and designer) and this is Toby—my soul dog and the inspiration behind Cheerful Hound. Located in Columbus, Ohio, our small team designs and makes collars, leashes, bow ties, bandanas, and collar flowers so stylish, they’re the talk of the dog park. 

Cheerful Hound was started in late 2018 out of a desire to spread happiness to dogs and their owners everywhere through our bright and cheerful designs, carefully crafted for your best friend. It is our hope that our designs help your dog to “Be the Talk of the Dog Park”, and brighten your day and the day of everyone who sees your dog.

Thanks to pup-stomer support, our small business has grown from operating out of our spare bedroom, and Cheerful Hound accessories are now worn proudly by dogs coast to coast in the USA. As a result of the growth, we’ve been able to give back to Dog Rescues through our Rescue of the Month Program.

• We pride ourselves on quality and a great fit (with a wide range of sizes and specially designed for comfortable all-day wear!)
• Our bow ties, collar flowers, and reversible bandanas are crafted by local sewists and designed for a comfortable style that helps dogs make a statement—great for furry family photos.
• AND, we donate 10% of all sales to local dog rescues every month—we believe in giving love back to our dog community.
