How do I clean my dog accessories such as a collar, leash, bow tie, collar flower, or bandana?

Hand wash items in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
Bandanas may be ironed at a low temperature once dry.

 

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the United States.

 

When are orders processed and shipped?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received and once it has been shipped. 

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your experience shopping with Cheerful Hound. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can make it right.
RETURNS
-To initiate a return, please email: amanda@cheerfulhound.com with your order number and explain which item needs returned.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. 
    • Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
    • We cannot accept returns after 30 days
-Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.
-Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
EXCHANGES
While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund using the process listed above and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. 

 

Problems with your order?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email within 48 hours or receiving your order at amanda@cheerfulhound.com. Please reference your order number.
